Payment Terms and Good Housekeeping Depsoit

• To secure the booking you are required to pay 20% NON REFUNDABLE deposit of the booking price.

• The full balance together with the good housekeeping deposit of £150 needs to be paid 30 days before the arrival date. Failure to fully pay before 30 days will result in the cancellation of your booking with the loss of the 20% deposit. The Good Housekeeping deposit will be returned. Please get in touch as soon as possible with any problems with payment and we can work with you.

Good Housekeeping deposit

We shall send you details of how to pay the good housekeeping deposit of £150, 30 days before your arrival date.  If booked within 30 days, we shall send this within 3 days of your booking date.

After satisfactory inspection, the £150 will be released within 5 working days.

Damage to the property or its contents or the requirement of additional cleaning due to excess mess WILL result in loss of full or partial deposit and may result in a Small Claims Court action to recover additional charges and replacement costs.
